ABOUT RETURN POLICY:

Please contact us at info@soakinwett.com in reference to all merchandise returns. Before returning any products to the return address you must have an authorization. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. If you fail to contact us by email without authorization you will not be issued a refund. After receiving returned items we will inspect merchandise. A replacement, refund or store credit will be issued based on our inventory availability. If Merchandise is out of stock a full refund will be issued. We are only allowed to except non damaged Merchandise. (FOR EXAMPLE) If any lace on a Wig, Closure or Frontal is cut, torn, worn or tampered with in any way there will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS no exceptions. Merchandise must be in its original natural state that it was received meaning Natural curl patterns and original packaging. Otherwise we will not honor any refund or exchanges/credits. Once authorization is given customer must also return all presents added in packaging with defective or non defective items. Shipping fees for returns are the customers responsibility and will be paid by customer unless proven defective. We are only allowed to except non damaged/products. If an incorrect item has been purchased contact us immediately so that a correction can be made on your behalf. Return items refund times may vary.

 

ABOUT CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel an order up to 1 hour after Purchasing on weekdays. 

Weekend cancellations you have up to 4 hours after purchasing. 

Full refunds will be issued to all cancelled orders.
